1. Who sells

2. What you buy

Digital templates and guidance: Word files (.docx), PDF files, Notion-ready Markdown files and, for some kits, a slide deck (.pptx) or spreadsheets (.xlsx). Each product page lists the files. Nothing is shipped. You download the files after payment.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy or Etsy, depending on where you buy. We do not receive your card or payment details.

4. Taxes

Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for purchases made on this website: it sells the product to you, collects and remits the VAT or sales tax that applies and issues the receipt. [Check: the founder has not yet confirmed this with Lemon Squeezy. Confirm its current terms before publishing, and who handles VAT for Etsy sales.]

5. License

You may use the templates for your own business and your own clients. You may edit them. You may not resell, share or redistribute the templates, in whole or in part, in any format. The client versions are meant to be adapted and sent to your own clients as your own documents.

All names, companies and figures in the examples are fictional. The templates are not legal, financial or HR advice. Review terms with a local professional before use.
